SSG - Online Training Programs

The SSG training platform, based on the International Maritime Organization's Model Courses, targets every level of security training your employees are required to achieve and maintain.

With SSG training programs, any employee with port security responsibilities can become ISPS and MTSA compliant from their office or home within a few hours. Simply login at SSG's website and you and your employees will have access to the SSG training programs.

SSG training programs are:

• Port Facility Security Awareness - General security awareness training for all port facility employees, including basic security practices and awareness.
• Port Facility Security Force - Security training for port facility security personnel, including detailed instruction on crowd control, security inspections (on persons and facilities), weapons identification and terrorist attack scenarios.
• Port Facility Security Officer - Advanced instruction for Port Facility Security Officers and training on managing a port security force under today's U.S. and international regulations.
• Ship Security Awareness - General security awareness training for all ship employees, including basic security practices and awareness.
• Maritime Passenger Screener Course© (With X-Ray Simulation) - Interactive computer-based training program that teaches screening procedures and x-ray image analysis for maritime security personnel charged with managing checkpoint passenger vessel checkpoints.
• Maritime Passenger Screener Course© (Without X-ray Simulation) - Interactive computer-based training program that teaches physical screening procedures for maritime security personnel charged with managing passenger vessel checkpoints.
• Gangway Screener Course© - Interactive computer-based training program that teaches physical screening procedures for maritime crew charged with managing non-passenger commercial vessel checkpoints.

SSG training programs are currently offered in English, Spanish and Portuegese. Additionally, SSG will translate its programs into any language in order to fit your company's requirements.
